Refund and Return

Thank you for shopping at Kira! We are not liable for any returns/exchanges that we were not notified about within 2 business days of product receipt.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We must be informed within 2 days/48 hours of receipt of order. You must email us at care@kirajewels.com or drop us a message on 9945411925 or DM us on Instagram to notify us.
  • Products can be returned within 14 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchange is allowed in other cases.
  • You are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of the Kira quality check team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7-9 business days.
  • If you opt for exchange of the damaged product, exchange will be initiated depending on the availability of the product.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case Kira Jewellery discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
  • The customer fails to intimate us within 2 days of receipt of goods at his/her end.
Late or missing refunds
  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@kirajewels.com or drop a message on 9945411925.
Shipping
  • Please send the damaged products at Shejawadkar Building, Above Venkatesh Jewellers, Durga Circle, Nehru Market, Ranebennur, Karnataka-58115.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
